At my previous job I recruited, coached and mentored business consultants, individually and in teams. I loved it!
Only years later would I realize how much this opportunity was going to impact my professional journey.
Now, I focus on helping people find work they love and creating better teams and leaders.

My experience ranges from Banking to Management Consulting to Start-ups across multiple geographies such as the UK, Australia, Portugal and Angola allowing me to come across varying realities and grasp different cultures and ways of doing business and leading people

Besides my on-the-job experience managing teams, coaching others and doing recruiting, I have trained with Maynard Leigh Associates focusing on leadership development and I am currently partnering with top executive and career coach Rafael Sarandeses to further develop my coaching practice
World renowned education and coaching certification
I have an MBA from a top business school and I am certified in the Marshall Goldsmith world-renowned Stakeholder Centered Coaching giving me the tools to help create better leaders
